I provide clinical supervision to healthcare practitioners across all disciplines, offered both in-person and online.
A Reflective, Restorative Space for Practitioners
Clinical work is demanding, relationally complex and often emotionally costly. I offer a collaborative supervisory relationship where practitioners can reflect on their practice, process the impact of clinical work and strengthen their professional judgement in a confidential, non-judgemental setting.
My supervision supports practitioners to:
Navigate complex therapeutic and interpersonal dynamics with clients
Manage the challenges of multidisciplinary team relationships
Build sustainable resilience and guard against burnout
Deepen self-awareness and refine their professional and therapeutic identity
My Approach
My supervisory framework draws on psychodynamic theory alongside evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and family systems approaches. This integrative grounding allows supervision to move fluidly between exploring the relational and unconscious dimensions of clinical work and developing concrete, practical strategies you can bring back to your clients.
I work with practitioners across the health sector — including psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists, social workers and nurses — tailoring each supervisory relationship to your discipline, experience level and professional development goals.
Getting Started
Whether you are working toward registration requirements, seeking ongoing professional supervision or navigating a particularly challenging period in your practice, I offer a structured yet flexible space to support your growth as a clinician.
